Estimates & Starting Prices
Prices displayed on this website are starting prices and general estimates only. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle year, make, model, condition, diagnostic findings, parts required, labor required, service location, and the actual scope of work. Appointments & Booking
Submitting a service request or selecting an appointment time does not by itself authorize repairs or guarantee that a particular service can be completed during that time. Mirror Motion LLC may contact the customer to confirm vehicle information, service requirements, location, parts availability, scheduling, and pricing before work begins.
Diagnostics
Some vehicle concerns require inspection or diagnostic testing before an accurate repair recommendation or estimate can be provided. Diagnostic fees may apply and do not necessarily include the cost of repairs.
Authorization for Work
Repair or detailing work will be performed based on the services authorized by the customer. Additional repairs or services discovered after work begins may require separate customer approval before they are performed. Website bookings, messages, and quote requests are not authorization for unrelated or additional work.
Customer-Supplied Parts
Customers who choose to supply their own parts are responsible for ensuring the parts are correct and suitable for the vehicle. Additional labor, delays, or return visits caused by incorrect, defective, incomplete, or incompatible customer-supplied parts may result in additional charges. Warranty coverage for customer-supplied parts may differ from parts supplied by Mirror Motion LLC.
Mobile Service & Vehicle Access
Customers are responsible for providing a safe, lawful, and reasonably accessible location for mobile service and for ensuring that Mirror Motion LLC has appropriate access to the vehicle at the scheduled time. Certain repairs may require a shop environment, specialized equipment, additional space, or different arrangements and therefore may not be suitable for mobile service.
Vehicle Condition & Personal Property
Customers should disclose known vehicle damage, mechanical concerns, warning lights, modifications, or other conditions that may affect the requested service. Customers should remove valuable or unnecessary personal property from the vehicle before service. Pre-existing damage or conditions may be documented before work begins.
Detailing Results
Detailing results depend on the age, material, condition, prior damage, staining, contamination, paint condition, and previous treatments of the vehicle. Mirror Motion LLC cannot guarantee that every stain, odor, scratch, defect, or imperfection can be completely removed or corrected.
Parts Availability & Delays
Appointment and completion times are estimates and may be affected by diagnostics, weather, vehicle condition, parts availability, supplier delays, previous repairs, or other circumstances. Mirror Motion LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate material scheduling changes.
